He is required to ensure the employment of qualified personnel and is responsible for the provision of hospice services, hospice personnel evaluations and for ensuring that standards of care comply with federal, state and professional guidelines. He also ensure that the provision of services is consistent with the agency’s mission, vision and philosophy. He has has more than 30 years Health care and administrative experience.
